Landing pages, office web apps, phone apps, and self-service kiosks — designed, built, and connected by one team.

The landing-page catalogue, the office web app, and the floor app all read from the same server. Products changed in the office appear on the site straight away, because the site stays connected to the server in realtime. Read case study

Work

Client problems and the systems we built.

Each project covers the starting problem, the approach we chose, and what we observed once the system was in use.

Darmabox

The problem
Custom-box costs were worked out by hand in spreadsheets, while orders, invoices, and production lived in apps that didn't talk to each other.
What we built
One system that handles costing, orders, and the production board, right through to the accounting entries — used at the office desk and on the production floor.

Bersama Jaya Cup

The problem
The business ran on 68 spreadsheet files and an ageing point-of-sale app, while production schedules were still drawn up on paper.
What we built
One flow from order, invoice, and payment through to the delivery note — including dot-matrix printing and a print schedule for each operator.

Flashlight Cleanstar

The problem
Transactions, queues, and bookkeeping across two branches were handled by hand, and cash differences at closing were hard to trace.
What we built
A self-service kiosk, POS, queue screen, and drop-off tracking in one flow — with every price set by the server, never by the customer's tablet.

Process

Know what is being worked on.

Four stages. We go over needs, decisions, and progress with you at each one.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We begin by understanding the current situation, goals, and constraints. From there, we shape the initial scope, priorities, and estimate together.

    Initial scope & estimate

  2. 02

    Design

We draw up user flows, wireframes, and screen designs step by step. You can review the design before development starts.

    What we discuss together

    User flows & interface designs

  3. 03

    Build

We build in stages, with regular demos and updates, so you can discuss progress and changes along the way.

    What we discuss together

    Incremental demos & reviews

  4. 04

    Launch & Support

We support launch, initial monitoring, and necessary fixes. Ongoing support can be arranged according to your needs.

Before we start

Fair questions to ask before choosing a studio.

Every business has different needs. We start with your situation, then clarify what will be built and how we will work together.

Discuss your project
Can we talk before I have a full specification?

Yes. Tell us about your current workflow, slow or repetitive tasks, and what you want to achieve. Examples of spreadsheets, forms, or existing applications help shape the initial discussion.

How much will it cost, and how long will it take?

Cost and timeline depend on features, the number of user types (for example admin and cashier), connections to other systems, and how ready your data is. Once your needs are clear, we discuss priorities, scope, and estimates. There is no single price or timeline for every project.

How do I follow project progress?

Work moves through designs, demos, and regular updates. We discuss communication schedules and review points at the start so you know when to review the work and provide feedback.

What happens after launch?

We help with launch, initial monitoring, and necessary fixes. After that, ongoing maintenance (scope, response times, and cost) is agreed according to the project’s needs.

What about source code and system access?

What is handed over to you (source code, accounts, documentation, and third-party licences) is written into the project scope and agreement. Let us know early if you want to manage the system yourself.
